Social Tennis

Courts are reserved for organised social and competitive play at certain times on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Public Holiday afternoons and for designated events such as Club Championships.

Tuesday 1pm – 4pm organised social;

Thursday 1pm – 4pm organised social play;

4pm – 10pm courts are available for Club members as a practice/mix in night. There is no official court captain and courts cannot be booked but members are expected to mix around. 

Saturday Social tennis for members with organised sets between 1pm and 4pm. From 4pm to 6pm, members can put on their own sets.

Public Holidays Social tennis for members on 3 courts between 12pm and 3pm.

Visitors to Manly are welcome to join our mixed social tennis on Tuesday, Thursday, and most Saturday afternoons outside of Badge season (April – September when courts are limited). Visitors must be intermediate or advanced players and are required to pay a $30 visitor fee to participate on Saturdays and $20 all other days.

Members are welcome to bring guests to enjoy the hospitality and facilities of Manly Lawn Tennis Club. Guests may play up to six times per year for a fee of $30 on Saturdays and $20 all other days.
